Welcome to Hostingo. By accessing or using our services, including registering subdomains under .mkm.fan and .oya.to, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
Hostingo provides private subdomain registration, dynamic DNS management, and automated CMS hosting environments via our specialized platform. All subdomains are provisioned instantly for a term of 1 year, subject to renewals or promotional coupon rules established by the administration.
2. Account Responsibilities
To use our services, you must maintain accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your user account and subdomains. Any breach of security or unauthorized account use must be reported immediately.
3. Prohibited Content & Network Abuse
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against network abuse. You agree not to use Hostingo subdomains or hosting services for:
- Phishing, identity theft, or deceptive login pages mimicking financial institutions or social platforms.
- Distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware, or hosting unauthorized command-and-control servers.
- Spamming, network scanning, DDoS attacks, or any activity that disrupts the underlying VPS or upstream network infrastructure.
- Hosting copyrighted material without explicit authorization from the legitimate owners (DMCA violations).
4. Private Registry Disclaimer
Hostingo operates as an independent private subdomain registry based in Pakistan. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by ICANN or any national ccTLD organization. Our services are managed under internal operational rules, and we reserve the right to suspend any subdomain violating these terms immediately.
5. Expiry and Cancellations
Subdomains are registered for the duration specified in the user dashboard. Upon reaching the expiry date, services will be automatically suspended unless an extension is granted or purchased. Admin reserves the right to terminate expired assets to keep the namespace clean.
